Personally, I like working with vectors graphics because they allow you to rescale your image and it gives you a lot of interesting tools. The tools can create a lot of shapes which can be used to make stylized art. The one problem that I do have with vector graphics is that it is much harder to make a realistic image. You can't make photoshop quality images. I found the eraser tool a little hard to use at first. I like the color system in Adobe Illustrator better than in Photoshop. It is easier to fix and change things and serves as more useful tool than the fill tool. I like Adobe Illustrator more than Adobe Photoshop because the tools are easier to use. The tools in Photoshop are more complicated and it's harder to create shapes and figures. Photoshop is not as intuitive.
As a game design employee, I'd use vector graphics for logo design and concept artwork which is exactly what I want to do professionally.
After a week of working with vector graphics, I made submitted this image for an assignment.
